Goals received a few exciting updates this quarter. First up, we have custom goals for custom objects. With this feature, you can use your custom objects and numeric properties when creating custom goals. This feature is available for Enterprise-level Sales and Service Hub users.
If that wasn't enough customization for you, you can now also set custom goal durations if you have Sales Starter+ or Marketing/Service Pro+.
Lastly, if you have Pro+ for any Hub, you can now create goal-based workflows. So, for example, you could set up a workflow that sends out team-wide notifications when they meet, exceed, or miss a goal.
This one is for all the BDRs out there. You can now book a meeting on behalf of another user right from the deal, company, ticket, or contact screens. All you need to do is select "Schedule a meeting" and use the drop-down list under 'Host" to select the person you'd like to host the meeting!
With this feature, users can also apply โcreated byโ and โassigned toโ filters in reports to track who is booking meetings and who is hosting them. This feature is available for anyone with a Sales Pro+ seat.
Who doesn't love an organized HubSpot portal? This small but mighty update allows you to create custom view tabs for your workflows so you can quickly view workflows by function, status, or any other criteria you'd like.
You can now also create subfolders for your workflows so you can get more granular with your labeling. Views work separately from folders, so each workflow can be inside of one folder but be part of several views.
Currently in public beta for Sales Hub Pro+ customers, the brand-new prospecting workspace consolidates everything your sales reps need to manage prospecting in HubSpot on one screen, including tasks, sequences, and more.
This impressive new feature steps up the competition between HubSpot Sales Hub and other well-known sales solutions like Salesloft and Outreach.
Finally, HubSpot has added approval functionality for marketing emails, blogs, and landing pages. Admins can set criteria for which users need to get approval before publishing to match your current content approval process.
This feature is available to Marketing Enterprise customers.
It was difficult to narrow down all of the great updates and features HubSpot implemented this past quarter to just a handful of the top hits. Are there any that you think we missed, subscriber? Let us know, we'd love to hear from you!
๐ TLDR: You can now create really customized goals, set meetings for other users, get granular with your workflow organization, implement content approval rules, and get all of your prospecting done from one screen.
