One of HubSpot's key features for marketing and sales leaders is its customizable dashboards. When configured correctly, they provide insights that help you optimize your go-to-market strategies, improve decision-making, and align your teams around a single source of truth.

Building a top-notch sales dashboard in HubSpot is easy, especially if you know which reports to add. Today, we're sharing three reports that will take your HubSpot sales dashboard to the next level.



1. SALES PIPELINE & FUNNEL

The sales pipeline and funnel report lets you know how many active deals you have in the works and how likely they are to close.

If you have Sales Pro, this report will be auto-generated for you. To find it, select “Sales” from the HubSpot navigation bar and choose “Sales Analytics” from the dropdown menu. Once in that view, toggle to “Forecasts and Pipelines” in the left sidebar, and select “Deal Funnel.”

2. ACTIVITY LEADERBOARD

The activity leaderboard report breaks down your sales reps' activities by task. You can filter this data on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. This report can help you understand where your team spends their time and set realistic productivity targets.

You can make the activity leaderboard report by going into the Sales Analytics view. Select “Coach Reps and Teams'' and then “Completed Activities” to view your data.

3. DEALS BY ORIGINAL SOURCE

Discover what areas of your go-to-market strategy are driving the most deals with the deals by original source report.

To create this report, go to the “Reporting” section in the navigation bar and click “Create report.” Select “Single object” and then choose “Deals.” Then, add “Original Source Type” and “Close Date” to the selected properties. Select “Stacked” as a display option.
